The numbers are in: the recent story about our new naphthalene thruster (Bogong) had a baseline reach of more than 1 million and maximum reach of 2.3 million people.
The story was widely reported in 209 items on all platforms including ABC Television across the country.
To add a bit more detail, the story was covered on ABC TV news across the country (both metro and regional) as well as on WIN news. Radio loved it, and so did newspapers and online.
Some of these included WIN News, 2CC, 5AA and interviews across the ABC radio network.
It’s such a great story and we are really proud to tell it: all Australian research and development, low-cost and solving a really complex problem with a deceptively simple solution.
Can’t wait to talk more about Bogong when it’s launched next year.
